• Set up automated certificate issuance on feedback completion while creating a program.This automation can be turned off later if needed.
• Save and reuse certificate templates across all of your organization’s programs.
• Create certificates using template variables (like,{Program Name} or {Session Date}) that automatically fill in details when issued to participants.

iECHO now enables participants to provide video and text testimonials that appear on the program and organization profile pages.

3.Spot and Re-Engage Dormant Users

A new tab in the Participants section surfaces dormant participants* at a glance, giving you an easy way to reactivate or remove the dormant participants.

• iECHO marks participants as dormant after a set number of consecutively missed sessions, threshold varies based on frequency.

Note: Dormant participants can continue to access iECHO, receive quick emails, calendar invitations, and perform other activities on the platform. The only change is that they will not receive automated session reminder notifications.
