Setting your account

There are two ways to join iECHO:

1. Open/Direct registration, without any invite.

2. Invite based registration, through an invitation to join a program.

Open registrations

These are registrations directly on iecho.org without an invite to a program.

<aside> 💡 Please note: If you registered from iecho.org directly, there may not be any programs listed on your home screen. You can either join a publicly-listed ECHO program, or you can be invited to join a program. Once you have been invited or after you find and join a program, your programs will be displayed on your home page.

Registration via Invitation

Invite-based registration, i.e. you would receive an invitation from your program coordinator to create your iECHO account. You may receive an invitation via email or SMS.

Registration through Email Invite

• Check your email for an invitation from your hub indicating the hub name via [email protected], and click on 'Register for the program.'
  • If you didn't receive the email invitation, check your spam folder. If it is there, please add the email ‘[email protected] to your safe sender list.
• You will be taken to iECHO.org, follow the registration steps

Mobile (SMS) Registration (Select countries only)

• Check your SMS inbox for an invite message from iECHO
• Click on the link in the SMS, you will be taken to the iECHO platform

<aside> ⚠️ Currently, iECHO is optimized for laptop and desktop systems. We recommend you copy the invite link and open it on a laptop or desktop computer. We regret this inconvenience, and are actively working to make iECHO a more mobile-friendly experience.
