Enhancements and Fixes

  1. Streamlined communication for session cancellations: For previously sent calendarinvites for a session, iECHO now prompts you to send a cancellation notification upon deletion of the session.
  2. Announcements:
  3. 'Ask a Question' has been renamed to 'Start a Conversation' under the Discussions tab to encourage members to freely share insights, thoughts and suggestions
  4. Increased Participant Group Capacity: Default group size has been increased to 450. Note: You can invite 230 people at once, you can invite450 participants by inviting 230 in one slot and the remainder in another.
  5. Participant Data Report Enhancements: The CSV report now includes the Participant Joining Date, indicating when each participant joined the participant group.
  6. Form data reports have been improved to reflect the correct order of questions as in the form.
  7. Data accuracy of participant data reports have been improved to reflect correct information even when a session is in progress or has been conducted within the last 24 hours.

Additionally, some improvements have been made to the platform's usability, accessibility, and mobile experience.
