Program Visibility

As a Hub, you can decide whether to keep your program Public or Private.

<aside> 🔒 Private Programs are programs that have restricted access or are invitation-only. The Hub team sends an invitation to each potential participant, inviting them to register for the program using their phone number or email address.

Therefore, only those who receive an invitation can register for the program, ensuring their personal information is kept confidential. The Hub team oversees the registration process and holds the power to review and revoke access for any participant at any time.

<aside> 👐 Public Programs are accessible to anyone who has the program link, allowing them to view program details and register. Each public program has a unique registration link given to potential participants for registration.

Note: A unique registration link is a special web address provided to potential participants, granting them exclusive access to register for a specific public program on the platform.

Registration is exclusive to individuals who have received the link. The Hub team reserves the right to review participant access and remove it if necessary.

Note that public programs are searchable and discoverable on the platform for the ECHO Community. This feature enables participants to find and register for programs that align with their interests.

<aside> ℹ️ The default invite limit is 450 participants for a participant group. Invite 230 participants in one instance, click on send invite and then invite the rest in another instance.

How to Increase the Invitation Limit for Participant Groups?

Inviting participants through email

The simplest way to invite participants is through sending potential participants an email invite that allows them to register and join the program using iECHO. iECHO also enables you to customise the program invite based on your requirements.

System-generated program invite

Follow the below steps:

• Navigate to the program page in iECHO, and select the participant group in which you would like to invite the participants
• Click on the Participantstab
• Copy-paste or type out the list of email IDs into the box under Invite by email
• Click on Send invites to send a system generated email invite.
• Your participants would receive an email from iECHO, from where they would be able to sign in and access the program

Customised program invite

If you’d like to send a customised program invite, follow the below mentioned steps:

• Navigate to the program page in iECHO, and select the participant group in which you would like to invite the participants
• Click on the Participants tab
• Copy-paste or type out the list of email IDs into the box under Invite by email
