Here’s how you can opt out of a participant group and stop receiving notifications:

1. Select the ‘Program’
2. Select the ‘Participant group’ you’d like to opt out of.
3. Once you’re on the session schedule page, click on ‘Leave Participant Group’ button given above the session details
