We’ve made it easier for Program Admins to manage live sessions!

1. When joining a session already started by another Admin, simply click the 'Join Session' button.

OR,

2. If the previous Admin is no longer active or has been dropped, you can take over by clicking the 'Start Session' button.

This would allow program teams to smoothly transition into the session and take charge when necessary.

• If you're having trouble joining a session, please check your email or WhatsApp for a session reminder notification, which will include the link to join. Alternatively, you can log in to your iECHO account and access your latest session through the "Join Session" option.
