Managing team access is now more structured and efficient with Organization-Level and Program-Level Permissions. Hub Owners and Program Admins can assign, update, and refine access controls, ensuring team members only have the permissions they need.
What's Changing?
Organization-Level Permissions –
Define team member access at the organizational level to maintain security and streamline management.
Program-Level Permissions – Further refine access within individual programs for greater control.
New Permission Levels:
Edit – Manage programs, create sessions, and engage with participants.
View – Access program data exports, analytics, and insights.
Notifications – Receive updates on program activities, including session reminders.
Why This Update?
Previously, all team members received default access to all programs, often resulting in unnecessary notifications and inefficient workflows. With these enhancements, you have greater control over permissions, ensuring the right team members have the right access at the right time.
