New Feature

Customize Program Invite Emails

Customize program invitations to align with the needs of your audience and organization. Following these steps: Participants > Invite New Participants > Invite by Email Address > Enter the email address > Personalize Invite > Craft your message > Preview > Send Invitation.

Enhancements and Fixes

1. Streamline Communication for Session Cancellations

For previously sent calendar invites, iECHO prompts you to send a session cancellation message when you delete the session.

1. Announcement Feature Enhancements:

• Expanded Notification Options: Now, you can opt to notify participants via SMS* and WhatsApp* in addition to emails when posting a new announcement in a participant group. Simply create an announcement, input the content, and toggle on 'Notify participant group via email, SMS, and WhatsApp' before confirming.*(available in the following countries)
• Enhanced Visibility: Participants can now view the date of each announcement on the homepage, ensuring they remain well-informed about vital updates.
