1. Guided Program Creation

The new step-by step flow helps you create and customize programs for different program registration types (Public or Private) and iECHOsearch visibility settings.

2. New Analytics Center

The new dashboards provide a dynamic, filter-enabled view of program activity, participant engagement, content usage, and feedback.

Filters help narrow down insights by program focus, profession, and gender, etc. Data Charts adjust based on filters for the program, group, session, and date range, allowing users to compare specific time periods or detailed insights. It has three main sections:

• Overview: High-level metrics (sessions, participants, hours, attendance, professions, etc.) across programs.
• Forms: Insights from post-session feedback surveys.
• Participants: Insights into attendance patterns, join times, engagement, and demographics.

3. Improved mobile experience for Discussions

Conversations and announcements are now easier to use on mobile devices and are readily available on the home page.
